Privacy and affiliate disclosure

The short version

EverySpool has no accounts and no ads, and doesn't sell or share your information. Your calculator entries stay in your browser.

Your calculator entries

• Your prints and settings are saved in your own browser so they're there next time. They're never sent to EverySpool. Clearing your browser data removes them.
• When you use "Copy share link," your entries are stored in the link itself. Anyone you send the link to can see them.

Visitor counts

EverySpool uses GoatCounter to count visits and which buttons get clicked. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't collect personal information or track you across other sites.

Amazon affiliate links

As an Amazon Associate, EverySpool earns from qualifying purchases. If you click "Shop spools on Amazon" and buy something, EverySpool may earn a small commission. It doesn't change the price you pay, and it doesn't affect the calculator's results. Once you're on Amazon, Amazon's privacy notice applies, and Amazon uses cookies to credit the referral.

Donations

The "Buy me a spool" button goes to Ko-fi. Payments are handled by Ko-fi and its payment providers; EverySpool never sees your payment details.

Services the site relies on

• The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may keep standard server logs such as IP addresses.
• Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
